I enjoy formal and informal learning and have had a number of great opportunities to build skills and knowledge. An interest in the challenges English language learners face led to earning a K-12 endorsement. I wanted to understand more about computer science concepts, so I took a variety of classes in the undergraduate sequence. I read about Design Thinking in a professional journal and completed the Stanford d.school Design Thinking Workshop for Educators. 

Adobe sets the bar high for creativity and quality software. I use their tools in teaching and learning almost every day. The Adobe education exchange program has interesting projects and resources, and their professional development opportunities are worthwhile and growing. This is just a sampler of the badges I've earned.

I've also spent time learning some of the Android developer tools and am currently building my Microsoft Power Platform tools. 

I enjoy analyzing data to solve problems, and Power BI is one I want to add to my skill set.
